The NASA astraunat Scott Kelly captured a grandstand view of the massive blizzard moved up the East Coast of the US. The early morning perspective shows fuzzy city lights seen throught the cloud banks now dumping several feet of snow on the region. His International Space Station vantage point is more comfortable than most people on the ground.
