Skylight Auroras

Author: Hugh Bollinger/Thursday, July 24, 2014/Categories: natural history, photography, art and design

Imagine if a skylight in your room had auroras shimmering overhead. Sounds nice.

An Icelandic photographer using multiple exposures, captured a volcanic lava tube containing ice with an opening to the night sky, produced an amazing composite image of a cave scene.

Like many situations, in photography timing and location is everything.
