DeChristopher Wants to Make Life More Expensive for the Fossil Fuel Industry

Author: Reilly Capps/Friday, November 8, 2013/Categories: environment

Tim DeChristopher calls for "People going beyond just their backyard issues and standing as a united front against the fossil fuel industry ... Until there is a carbon tax that accounts for the externality of climate change, we have to be the carbon tax and impose that cost of doing business on the fossil fuel industry."

He calls on environmentalists not just to fight the Keystone XL pipeline, but any new fossil fuel project.
